The E3 Craft Strategies plan to help early development breweries grow sales and distribution in a holistic consulting program targeting your specific needs while giving you guidance through experience for everyday operational issues. I also work on a small monthly retainer to give continuous advisory support and offer specific project activation direction that can help you realize any other requirements after the consulting program is complete.

AMP BOOTCAMP

The E3 Craft Strategies Annual Marketing Plan Boot Camp streamlines the planning process for early development breweries and distributors. The new Annual Marketing Plan will incorporate the distributor systems and language so the go-to-market plans directly translate to standardized measurable benchmarks both parties can agree on. Goals and KPIs are applied directly to the benchmark metrics with regularly scheduled reviews to adjust to output. The new Annual Marketing Plan focuses on five basic needs everyone can relate to; Why, What, Where, When & How.

WHAT IS E3?

Efficient Effective Energy are must have assets to create great Craft Strategies. E3 Craft Strategies was created to advise early development and established companies in the craft beer industry. I focus on sales and distribution growth strategies.

PURPOSE

Do Better.  Teach breweries how to constantly and consistently focus on innovative business processes that grow their brand, support their employees, and generate revenue.

VISION

I will generate a sustainable business with four revenue streams through 2018:

  1. Direct Brewery Consulting Engagement up to 10 clients per year
  2. Execute up to three Wholesaler/ Supplier ABP workshops per year
  3. Instruct Sales & Marketing Beer Business courses at Portland State University.
  4. Seek BA publishing for Craft Beer Sales Structure & Function.
